Civil Field Engineer

About the role

We are seeking experienced Civil Field Engineers to join a leading Korean engineering and construction firm operating in Kuwait. The role involves planning and supervising civil works for refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas and related infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review civil engineering plans and land‑development designs for refinery, petrochemical and oil‑gas projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project schedules, quality standards and safety requirements are met.
• Manage on‑site civil activities, monitor progress, and resolve technical issues during construction.
• Prepare project documentation, reports and cost estimates for civil works.
• Liaise with client representatives and subcontractors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Required profile

• B.Tech or B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience as a civil planning engineer on refinery, petrochemical or oil & gas projects.
• Previous experience working in the Gulf region; experience with Korean companies is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kuwait with office hours from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
