Civil Foreman – Offshore Piling Works

About the role

The Civil Foreman will supervise offshore piling activities on a newly awarded oil and gas project in Kuwait. You will ensure safe, on‑schedule execution of pile driving operations while coordinating with engineers, marine crew and HSE teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and supervise offshore piling works, including rig, crane, barge and hammer operations.
• Prepare daily and weekly work plans for pile driving and monitor progress, manpower, equipment performance and material usage.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to verify pile alignment, depth and verticality.
• Coordinate with offshore engineers, section heads, marine crew, QA/QC and HSE teams.
• Provide technical guidance, toolbox talks and safety training to piling crews and rig operators.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in offshore piling projects.
• Higher secondary certificate; diploma in Civil or Geological Engineering preferred.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and prepare site demand plans.
• Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Proven track record of working independently and within multidisciplinary teams on fast‑paced offshore sites.
