Civil Site Supervisor & Civil Engineer – Kuwait

About the role

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our construction team in Farwaniya, Kuwait. Two positions are available: a Civil Site Supervisor who will manage daily site activities, and a Civil Engineer responsible for planning and overseeing construction works, both in compliance with KNPC standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations, coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor safety, quality, and progress reporting on site.
• Plan, design, and oversee construction activities according to project specifications.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to KNPC procedures, codes, and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil construction for the Supervisor role.
• At least 5 years of civil engineering experience for the Engineer role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Mandatory KNPC project approval and transferable visa in Kuwait.
• Strong communication, leadership, and ability to work under pressure.
