About the role
We are hiring an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across nine client sites in Kuwait, ensuring high hygiene standards and safety compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and lead cleaning staff, assign daily tasks and manage shift schedules.
- Inspect site areas regularly to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and machinery.
- Train and mentor team members on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of professional cleaning experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, fluent in Hindi and English.
- Transferable residency and must be based in Kuwait.
