About the role

The Colleagues Facilities Attendant ensures that employees living in company‑provided accommodation enjoy a safe, clean and comfortable environment. This role focuses on preparing and maintaining the cleanliness of housing units while delivering courteous service to colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare accommodation units for new arrivals.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of accommodation facilities.
• Ensure all areas meet established cleanliness and safety standards.
• Report maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate departments.
• Assist colleagues with accommodation‑related inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of accommodation assignments and check‑in/check‑out procedures.
• Coordinate with the accommodation management team to meet colleagues’ needs.
• Conduct regular inspections of units to identify and address issues.
• Support security and safety measures within the accommodation.
• Promote a sense of community among residents.
• Follow hygiene and safety protocols while performing duties.
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner, adhering to the company’s EHS policies.
