Collection Agent (مندوب تحصيل)

About the role

The Collection Agent is responsible for ensuring timely recovery of overdue payments from customers in Kuwait. The role involves daily communication, field visits, and coordination with the team leader to maintain a healthy receivables portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily telephone calls to customers with overdue accounts.
• Request SMS reminders from the Team Leader as needed.
• Escalate and highlight collection issues to the Team Leader for resolution.
• Conduct field visits to deliver warning letters to customers at their homes or workplaces.
• Send faxes to customers' workplaces when required.
• Record follow‑up notes on customer payments and respond to queries.
• Gather new customer contact information and provide it to the Team Leader for system updates.
• Maintain confidentiality of the customer database.
• Identify high‑risk cases and report them to the Team Leader.
• Provide daily updates on payment status and promote a positive team spirit.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent education.
• 2–3 years of experience in installment or retail collection, with call‑center experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a law office is an advantage.
• Good team player familiar with Kuwait locations for field visits.
• Strong research and investigative abilities to locate customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle negotiations with diverse customers.
