Collections Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Collections Officer to manage the distribution of statements of account, collect payments and ensure accurate reconciliation with client accounts. The role supports NADEC’s finance team by maintaining clear communication with customers and delivering timely collection reports.

Key responsibilities

• Distribute statements of account to clients and receive payments efficiently.
• Compare received amounts with statements to verify accuracy.
• Visit clients together with the accountant to resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate unpaid amounts and collection issues promptly.
• Prepare daily collection visit reports for the accounting department.
• Maintain clear communication with customers regarding expectations and payment terms.
• Support compliance by adhering to NADEC policies and reporting any violations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and change management activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• 0‑2 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable or related finance functions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
