Commercial Growth & Marketing Lead

About the role

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive commercial growth and lead marketing initiatives for a multidisciplinary healthcare institution in Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new commercial opportunities and sustainable revenue streams.
• Develop partnerships with corporate clients, insurers and key stakeholders.
• Lead business initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Strengthen digital marketing performance, audience reach and conversion.
• Use commercial insights and performance data to support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with clinical, financial and operational teams.
• Oversee budgets, external vendors and commercial policies.
• Lead the Commercial Growth and Marketing & Communications teams while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Data Science or related field.
• At least 12 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of six years in a leadership role.
• Experience within the healthcare sector or GCC market.
• Proven track record in commercial growth, business development and strategic partnerships.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
