Commercial Leased Vehicle Branch Lead

About the role

This position, based in Kuwait, supports the Commercial Leased Vehicle Branch (CLVB) for V2X, overseeing dispatch, recovery, training, and licensing operations for both tactical and non‑tactical fleets.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day CLVB operations, including dispatch office, recovery services, driver training, testing and licensing facilities, safety, environmental compliance, parts ordering, and lot security.
• Supervise dispatchers and coordinate servicing, repair, and maintenance scheduling for all leased vehicles using the designated database.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and instructions for all leased assets and respond to communications via phone, email, or other channels.
• Provide on‑call recovery services for supported assets and ensure compliance with local command directives and company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma; ability to obtain a valid local driver’s license and CAC eligibility.
• Minimum 3 years of dispatching experience, with prior leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize a demanding workload.
• Willingness to work in extreme desert conditions, including temperatures up to 130 °F.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Advanced written and verbal communication in English.
