About the role

Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards.

• Execute complex recipes, oversee stations, and conduct quality control checks.
• Inspect plates before service to guarantee presentation and taste standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation.
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and manage inventory levels.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
