Commis Chef Positions – Hot, Cold & Pastry Sections (Kuwait City)

About the role

The restaurant chain is seeking enthusiastic commis chefs to join its kitchen teams in Kuwait City. Three entry‑level positions are available – a Hot Section commis chef focused on continental cuisine, a Cold Section commis chef handling salads and sandwiches, and a Pastry Section commis chef supporting pastry production. Successful candidates will work under the supervision of senior chefs, contributing to daily service and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior chefs in preparing and plating dishes for the assigned kitchen section.
• Follow standardized recipes and portion controls.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and storage areas.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Support inventory checks and ingredient receiving.

Required profile

• Previous experience or training in a kitchen environment, preferably with continental cuisine for the hot section.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
