About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Commis to join our culinary team in Kuwait. The role offers a hands‑on opportunity to support our chefs, learn high‑quality food preparation techniques, and contribute to an excellent dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist chefs in preparing and presenting dishes to our high culinary standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation practices.
- Handle, label, and store food ingredients correctly.
- Support timely execution of meals during service periods.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar restaurant or hospitality role.
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and ingredient handling.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required skills
- Knife skills.
- Operation of culinary equipment.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
