About the role

We are looking for a Construction Engineering Supervisor to lead and oversee engineering activities on construction projects in Kuwait City. The position is full‑time and reports to senior management.

Key responsibilities

Supervise construction engineering teams and ensure work is performed according to project specifications.
Monitor progress of construction activities and coordinate with site personnel.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction engineering.
