Construction Manager – Civil

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Fahaheel, Kuwait. The Construction Manager – Civil will lead daily planning, coordination and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring strict compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute civil engineering works on a daily basis.
• Ensure all activities meet quality, safety and local regulatory requirements.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and provide clear direction.
• Conduct inspections to verify compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage infrastructure‑related tasks, including stormwater system implementation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management and infrastructure planning/execution.
• Hands‑on experience with stormwater management systems.
• Strong team‑leadership abilities for multidisciplinary groups.
• Proficiency in inspection processes to ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Relevant academic degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional project‑management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Experience in oil & gas or commercial construction is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Kuwait’s local regulations and safety standards.
