Construction Supervisor

About the role

Worley is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead the development and management of construction and completion capabilities across PMC projects. The role ensures safe, high‑quality execution of works while meeting commercial and schedule targets.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure contractors comply with the Worksite HSE Plan, site regulations, permits, and WorleyParsons and customer requirements.
• Verify that construction contractors follow the latest approved‑for‑construction (AFC) drawings, specifications, procedures and site instructions.
• Supervise and coordinate contractor activities, maintaining daily surveillance checks and records to guarantee safe working conditions and adequate resources.
• Review contractor scope against drawings and specifications, manage change control through Field Instructions and Site Queries, and oversee dimensional control methods.
• Ensure quality inspections and surveillance are performed in line with the WorleyParsons Quality Plan.
• Coordinate work sequences and interfaces with other contractors to sustain continuous progress.
• Approve and manage the storage and availability of construction materials, embedded items and special fixtures.
• Promote best‑practice relationships with customers and contractors and attend progress meetings as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher from a recognized technical institute.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, construction drawing interpretation, and quality control processes.
• Ability to lead contractor teams and enforce compliance with contractual and safety standards.
