Consultant Obstetrician & Gynecologist – Female Only

About the role

A leading healthcare facility in Kuwait is seeking an experienced and qualified Obstetrician & Gynecologist to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care, manage complex cases and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes. The position is open only to female candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of obstetric and gynecological conditions
• Provide antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care
• Manage high-risk pregnancies and obstetric emergencies, where qualified
• Perform gynecological examinations, procedures and surgeries within the scope of practice
• Care for menstrual disorders, infertility, menopause and other reproductive health concerns
• Conduct prenatal counselling and patient education
• Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine specialists, neonatologists, surgeons and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with clinical protocols
• Contribute to clinical education, quality improvement and evidence-based practice

Required profile

• Medical degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Relevant post-specialization clinical experience at Specialist or Consultant level
• Strong knowledge of modern obstetric and gynecological treatment protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
