Consultant Reservoir Engineer

About the role

Anton is seeking a seasoned Consultant Reservoir Engineer to join its Energy Management Services team in Kuwait. The role involves providing expert technical and business advice to senior management, driving improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver strategic consultation on complex technical, operational and commercial challenges.
• Lead studies and assessments to identify opportunities, risks and improvement areas.
• Analyse data, prepare reports and present recommendations to leadership.
• Evaluate and enhance business processes, technologies and organisational practices.
• Support risk‑management implementation and ensure health, safety and environmental compliance.
• Coach and mentor staff to build capability and support change management.
• Contribute to long‑term strategic planning and organisational development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Science or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in reservoir engineering or related oil & gas consultancy.
• Proven track record in providing strategic, technical or business advisory services.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in organisational planning, process improvement and change management.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching and mentoring capabilities.
