Consumer Experience Manager, Upper Gulf

About the role

Lilly is seeking a Consumer Experience Manager for the Upper Gulf region, responsible for advancing disease‑state education marketing across Kuwait and Qatar. The role combines strategic planning, governance, and hands‑on execution of consumer‑focused campaigns, e‑commerce initiatives, and partnership programs.

Key responsibilities

• Own and localize the integrated consumer marketing plan for Kuwait and Qatar, aligned with Gulf regional strategy.
• Represent the two markets in the weekly Gulf governance core team, ensuring local realities are reflected in decisions.
• Lead regulatory coordination with health authorities to guarantee compliance of all campaigns, content, and events.
• Manage OPEX and budget for consumer initiatives, providing trade‑off recommendations and reporting.
• Localize equity and disease‑awareness campaigns, oversee e‑commerce execution, and manage agency relationships.
• Develop and execute institutional partnerships, roadshows, events, and field activation activities.
