Contact Center Agent

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, communicative individual to join Boutiqaat’s Contact Center team. You will be the voice of our brand, delivering exceptional phone support and helping customers discover our beauty and lifestyle products.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, take orders, and provide detailed information about Boutiqaat products and services.
• Resolve issues and handle complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Make outbound calls to gather feedback and conduct surveys.
• Maintain accurate records, update customer profiles, and ensure data security.
• Promote latest offers and upsell services tailored to each customer.
• Follow established procedures and policies to ensure consistent service quality.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (business management preferred but not required).
• 1‑2 years of experience in customer service or a contact‑center environment.
• Knowledge of Boutiqaat products or a strong willingness to learn.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and time‑management abilities.
• Calm and professional approach in stressful situations.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and eager to learn call‑center software.
• Genuine desire to help customers and uphold the brand’s reputation for excellence.
