Content Creator & Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to develop and manage engaging digital content across our social platforms. The role will support brand visibility, community growth and campaign performance through high‑quality multimedia assets and data‑driven optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality original content including posts, videos, graphics, blogs and captions that align with the brand voice.
• Create and edit multimedia assets such as images, short videos, reels and animations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and translate them into engaging content.
• Maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, X, etc.) and schedule publishing using management tools.
• Monitor comments, messages and audience interactions, responding promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes and best practices.
• Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns.
• Track and analyse performance metrics, prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights.
• Optimise content strategy based on analytics, trends and brand guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to grow and engage target audiences and nurture online communities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in content creation and social media management.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and current content trends.
• Proficiency with content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and CapCut.
• Experience using scheduling and analytics tools like Hootsuite, Buffer and Meta Business Suite.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
