Contract Specialist – Large Construction Project in Kuwait

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Contract Specialist to join a major construction project in Kuwait. You will be responsible for managing complex contractual processes, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and supporting the commercial objectives of a multinational team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage all contractual and formal correspondence with precision.
• Ensure project execution aligns with contractual obligations and identify potential risks.
• Provide strategic solutions to mitigate contractual risks and support decision‑making.
• Coordinate with site teams, project managers, engineers, and legal advisors to document progress for contractual purposes.
• Maintain proactive communication with headquarters and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business & Management, or Law (LL.B.).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Contract Specialist or Contract Manager on large‑scale construction projects.
• Native or professional‑level fluency in English (written and verbal); Turkish or Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work long hours in a fast‑paced, multicultural site environment.
