Contracts and Services Engineer – Oil & Gas

About the role

Anton.Anton Oilfield Services Group is seeking a Contracts and Services Engineer to oversee contract administration and support maintenance services for its operations in Kuwait. The role combines technical, commercial, and administrative duties to ensure contracts are executed efficiently and in line with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and manage contract administration activities and related systems.
• Supervise and coordinate assigned personnel to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain and update contract records, documentation, and project data.
• Conduct technical studies and provide support for contract administration, engineering, and maintenance services.
• Prepare technical, commercial, and administrative documentation for projects and contracts.
• Monitor work orders to ensure accurate recording of resources, maintenance activities, and equipment history.
• Prepare and issue periodic reports on maintenance activities, contract performance, work progress, and budgets.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with organizational procedures and maintenance management processes.
• Support continuous improvement of contract administration and maintenance management practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in contract preparation, tendering, or contract administration within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Engineering.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or specialist role.
• Experience supporting maintenance services and engineering contract management.
• Minimum 2 years using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or similar software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and coordination abilities.
