About the role

Beauty Blend is seeking a creative Cookie/Cupcake Artisan to design, produce, and decorate high‑quality baked treats for its clientele. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area and offers the chance to work within a dynamic, multi‑brand environment.

Key responsibilities

• Mix, bake, and decorate cookies and cupcakes according to brand standards.
• Develop and test new recipes, focusing on flavor pairing and visual appeal.
• Ensure all products meet strict food safety and quality assurance guidelines.
• Handle custom client orders and collaborate with the culinary team on new product development.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a bakery, café, or hospitality setting.
• Formal culinary training or certification in baking is a plus.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and hand‑eye coordination.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen and manage time effectively.
