Corporate HSE Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate HSE Manager to lead and manage plant piping construction activities for large‑scale oil & gas EPC projects across the UAE, KSA and Kuwait. The role ensures strict compliance with client specifications, health‑safety‑environment (HSE) standards, QA/QC requirements and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise plant piping construction activities for major oil & gas EPC projects.
• Oversee project execution, planning, manpower allocation, subcontractor management and resource quality across multiple regions.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications, HSE regulations, ISO standards and QA/QC procedures.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, QA/QC and client teams to meet milestones and budget targets.
• Conduct HSE audits, risk assessments, incident investigations and enforce regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech or equivalent).
• Minimum 15 years of HSE experience, including at least 10 years in senior HSE leadership within oil & gas/EPC construction.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA standards and regulatory compliance.
• NEBOSH IGC or NEBOSH Diploma (mandatory).
• Proven track record of managing multiple HSE teams and projects across different countries.
