About the role
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Consultant to manage ticketing and hotel reservations for our clients in Kuwait. The role involves delivering end‑to‑end travel solutions, ensuring smooth booking processes and high‑quality customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Process airline ticketing and hotel reservations using multiple travel options.
- Handle visa applications, travel insurance, transfers and other travel‑related services.
- Maintain accurate travel operation records and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long‑term client relationships.
- Collaborate with suppliers and partners to secure best rates and availability.
Required profile
- Minimum five years of experience in travel reservation or ticketing.
- Male candidates only, currently residing in Kuwait with a transferable residency.
- Strong knowledge of travel industry software, particularly Amadeus GDS.
- Proven ability to manage hotel bookings, visa processing, insurance and transfers.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
