Country Operations Manager – Kuwait

noon is building a fast‑growing ecosystem of digital products that deliver everyday essentials across the Middle East. We are seeking a Country Operations Manager to lead the end‑to‑end performance of our Supermall operations in Kuwait, overseeing fulfillment, inventory, store operations, and last‑mile delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Translate regional strategy into detailed operating plans, capacity forecasts, workforce schedules, and performance targets for Kuwait.
• Lead all operational stages including inbound receiving, inventory replenishment, picking, packing, dispatch, and last‑mile delivery.
• Manage delivery partners to meet capacity, attendance, service‑level, and quality standards.
• Own metrics such as fulfillment productivity, inventory accuracy, product availability, order accuracy, on‑time delivery, and cost per order.
• Build and structure the Kuwait operations team with clear roles, objectives, and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with local, municipal, labour, and business regulations.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Product, Technology, Finance, Procurement, and People teams to achieve country priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field (post‑graduate qualification a plus).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in quick commerce, e‑commerce, retail operations, fulfillment, logistics or supply chain.
• 4–5 years in a senior multi‑site leadership role with ownership of a country or large operating unit.
• Proven track record establishing and stabilising multi‑site operations in fast‑paced environments.
