Crane Operators Needed for a Reputed Company

About the role

We are seeking experienced crane operators to join a reputable construction company in Ahmadi, Kuwait. Two positions are available: a 120‑ton crane operator and a 50‑ton crane operator for rig work. Both roles involve 12‑hour shifts, including Fridays, with overtime compensated.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a 120‑ton crane safely and efficiently on construction sites.
• Operate a 50‑ton crane on rig locations, performing lifting and positioning tasks.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures during each shift.
• Report any equipment issues and coordinate with site supervisors.
• Work overtime as required, with additional pay.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating heavy cranes (120‑ton or 50‑ton).
• Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts, including Fridays.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced construction environment.
• Good physical condition and adherence to safety standards.

What we offer

• Salary of 300 KWD per month for the 120‑ton position and 275 KWD for the 50‑ton position.
• Overtime pay of 150 KWD (120‑ton) or 100 KWD (50‑ton) per extra hour.
