Crane Rigger & Signalman – Full-time (Kuwait)

About the role

GEC is seeking a dedicated Crane Rigger Signalman for a full‑time, on‑site position in Kuwait. You will support lifting operations by ensuring proper rigging, inspecting equipment, and providing clear signals to crane operators to guarantee safe and efficient project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in all phases of lifting operations, ensuring correct rigging setups.
• Inspect, maintain, and report on the condition of lifting and heavy equipment.
• Provide precise hand signals and communication to crane operators.
• Collaborate with the project team to execute tasks safely and on schedule.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in lifting operations and rigging.
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment and crane systems.
• Ability to perform detailed inspections and routine maintenance.
• Understanding of workplace safety practices specific to lifting.
• Physical fitness to work in demanding environments.
• Relevant certification or training in rigging and signal operations is an advantage.
