Creative Associate

About the role

Bricks is looking for a Creative Associate to support the Creative Director in developing visual concepts, moodboards and presentations for a variety of clients. The role involves research, styling, and collaboration across the creative and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Research client brands, target audiences and market trends to inform creative direction.
• Create moodboards, art direction guidelines and engaging presentations for internal and external approval.
• Develop and draft social‑media posts and campaign concepts for multiple clients.
• Collaborate with the production team from concept development through final delivery, including briefings and updates.
• Interpret creative briefs, produce copy concepts and present final deliverables to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor social‑media channels and campaign performance, occasionally outside regular working hours.

Required profile

• Keen eye for detail and strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Innovative thinking with the capacity to generate original ideas and think both inside and outside the box.
• Excellent communication skills to convey artistic outcomes to production and client teams.
• Project‑management experience, including planning, execution and monitoring of creative projects.
