Creative Director & Content Creator

About the role

Afters is seeking a Creative Director & Content Creator responsible for defining the brand’s creative direction and translating it into consistent, high‑quality content across digital and social media channels. The role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on production, overseeing the entire creative process from concept to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the brand’s visual direction across all platforms.
• Develop and execute creative concepts for campaigns, product launches and key initiatives.
• Plan, create and edit digital content, including photography, video, reels and social media assets.
• Lead photoshoots and content productions from mood‑boarding to final execution.
• Manage the content calendar in line with marketing priorities and brand objectives.
• Utilise AI and emerging creative tools to improve ideation, production and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in creative direction, content creation or a related creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and content production.
• Excellent organisational, communication and project‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Familiarity with branding, social media and digital content formats.
