Creative Executive

About the role

As a Creative Executive at Bricks, you will drive the creative direction and execution of client projects, blending artistic vision with strategic thinking to deliver compelling campaigns and productions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead in‑depth research and analysis to translate client needs and industry trends into creative direction.
• Partner with Account Associates/Executives to shape briefs into compelling concepts and campaign directions.
• Develop and deliver high‑impact presentations that communicate creative vision to clients.
• Own timely, high‑quality execution of creative projects, including long production sessions indoor and outdoor.
• Drive collaboration across cross‑functional teams to align creative vision with business goals.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to elevate creative strategies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and resources.
• Lead development of creative proposals, pitches and presentations for new business.
• Oversee production planning, including storyboards, budgets, casting, wardrobe and props.
• Take charge of visual narrative by expertly styling items for photoshoots and coordinating models, makeup and wardrobe.

Required profile

• Excellent time, manpower management and prioritisation skills.
• Strong attention to detail with ongoing monitoring of client needs and campaign matters.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure and extended hours.
• Exceptional styling, makeup artistry, food photography aesthetics and dress styling for photoshoots.
