About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Member to join our restaurant team. This position offers the chance to grow within the hospitality industry and potentially advance to supervisory roles.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast‑food or casual dining environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
