Customer Relations & Social Media Coordinator

About the role

Pinewood, a leading carpentry and interior‑design studio in Kuwait, is looking for a Customer Relations & Social Media Coordinator to join its on‑site team. The role combines customer service excellence with the creation and execution of social‑media strategies that showcase the company’s projects and brand.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries, provide timely responses, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Develop, implement and monitor social‑media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Produce and curate high‑quality visual and written content, including photos and videos of completed projects.
• Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and foster brand loyalty.
• Track performance metrics using analytics tools and report insights to improve reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with design and sales teams to align digital content with business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong communication and writing abilities for both customer interactions and social content.
• Proven experience in digital marketing or social‑media management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Previous exposure to interior design, carpentry, or related fields is a plus.
