About the role

The Customer Service Coordinator ensures smooth daily operations by coordinating stock management, shipment planning, and inventory availability. This role acts as a liaison between senior officers, production, logistics, and sales teams to guarantee that goods are ready for dispatch.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate daily with senior officers to optimise stock management and schedule goods shipments.
Monitor daily output reports from the plant and finished‑goods inventory to confirm product availability for shipment.
Receive, review and approve credit notes, documenting reasons for product returns.
Follow up on actions arising from the bi‑weekly Customer Service Department meetings.
Develop team members through career‑development plans, training, and performance‑based incentive schemes.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree (BS) in a relevant field.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar customer service or logistics coordination role.
