Customer Service Officer

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, professional, and detail‑oriented Customer Service Officer to join our client support and onboarding team. You will act as a primary point of contact for both local and international clients, handling account inquiries, verifying onboarding documentation, and delivering a premium customer experience across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Open and manage Individual, Corporate, and Referral client accounts in line with company standards.
• Verify that all application forms and account details are accurately completed and conduct welcome calls for newly onboarded clients.
• Ensure complete, certified, and compliant KYC documentation for all clients and maintain secure, auditable records.
• Interact with clients via phone, email, and face‑to‑face meetings, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
• Process client forms, service requests, and operational orders while logging detailed records of each case.
• Liaise with internal departments and escalate complex issues to technical teams as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, client onboarding or client operations, preferably within financial services, banking or brokerage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• High attention to detail, strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with operational CRM or ticketing systems.
