Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will join Kuwait Finance House’s Contact Center to assist clients with their banking needs. You will be the first point of contact, delivering accurate information and a high‑quality experience across multiple communication channels. This role also supports sales initiatives and promotes the bank’s digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Provide clear information on KFH products, services and digital banking platforms.
• Process routine banking requests such as account updates, fund transfers and balance inquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities and generate leads for the bank’s products.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good time‑management and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without prior experience are welcome.
