About the role
The Customer Service Specialist will ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and resolving issues through phone, email, and other communication channels. You will act as the primary point of contact, helping customers navigate procedures and documentation while maintaining a high standard of service.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and messages professionally.
- Assist customers with required procedures and documentation.
- Explain processes, answer inquiries, and coordinate payments.
- Upload and update customer information in Odoo and related systems.
- Prepare and organize documents and reports.
- Support daily customer service operations and follow‑ups.
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Required profile
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong communication and phone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer systems.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Organized and detail‑oriented.
- Arabic and English language skills are preferred.
