Data Entry & Accountant / Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking three dedicated Data Entry & Accountant Coordinators to join our team in Kuwait. The role blends accounting duties with data management and customer coordination, supporting both internal operations and external client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
• Handle basic accounting tasks, including invoices, payments, receipts, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets, financial statements, and official documents.
• Enter and maintain customer and domestic worker (maid) information in company systems.
• Communicate professionally with customers and maids in Arabic, addressing inquiries and coordinating placements.
• Resolve operational issues, provide regular updates to management, and ensure smooth workflow between office, customers, and maids.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic with strong professional communication skills.
• Background in accounting or finance, with experience in data entry or administration.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high accuracy.
• Hardworking, disciplined, and dedicated attitude.
