Data Entry Operator – ERP & Warehouse Data Management

About the role

The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering carton production, barcode, and warehouse data into the company’s ERP system. The role supports smooth operational flow by ensuring all production and warehouse transactions are recorded in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities

• Enter daily data for printed and empty carton pallets into the warehouse system.
• Record all production and warehouse transactions in the ERP system.
• Generate and enter barcode data for cartons, ice‑cream labels, and promotional labels.
• Verify entries against source documents and cross‑check for accuracy.
• Maintain organized records of system entries and related documentation.
• Support store data entry activities, including stock and material movements.
• Prepare basic daily reports on production and system entries.
• Identify and report any data discrepancies or inconsistencies.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 1–3 years of data‑entry experience, preferably in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
• Experience working with ERP systems.

Required skills

• Fast and accurate typing.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems for high‑volume data entry.
• Basic reporting and documentation abilities.
