Data Entry Operator

About the role

The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering carton production, barcode, and warehouse data into the ERP system, ensuring smooth operational flow and data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Enter daily data for printed and empty carton pallets into the warehouse system.
• Record all production and warehouse transactions in the ERP system.
• Generate and enter barcode data for cartons, ice‑cream labels, and promotional labels.
• Verify and cross‑check entries against source documents for accuracy.
• Maintain organized records of system entries and related documentation.
• Support store data entry activities, including stock and material movements.
• Prepare basic daily reports related to production and system entries.
• Identify and report any data discrepancies or inconsistencies.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 1–3 years of data‑entry experience, preferably in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
• Experience working with ERP systems.

Required skills

• Fast and accurate typing.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems for data entry.
• Basic reporting and documentation abilities.
