Delivery Operations Supervisor (Kuwait)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Operations Supervisor to lead daily delivery activities in Kuwait. The role involves coordinating with major delivery platforms, managing a fleet of drivers, and ensuring smooth operational flow.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily delivery operations and driver performance.
• Coordinate with delivery platforms (e.g., Keeta, Ninja) and dispatch teams.
• Monitor driver attendance, KPIs, and handle operational issues.
• Prepare reports and maintain operational records.
• Support onboarding and training of new drivers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Kuwait traffic regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in delivery or logistics within Kuwait.
• Fluent in English.
• Valid Kuwaiti driving license.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage teams efficiently.
