Delivery Operations Supervisor – Kuwait

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Delivery Operations Supervisor to join our team in Kuwait. The role focuses on overseeing daily delivery activities, coordinating with major delivery platforms, and ensuring smooth fleet and driver performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily delivery operations and drivers
• Coordinate with delivery platforms (e.g., Keeta, Ninja) and dispatch teams
• Manage fleet of cars and monitor vehicle usage
• Track driver attendance, performance, and key performance indicators
• Resolve operational issues to maintain workflow efficiency
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate operational records
• Support onboarding and training of new drivers
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Kuwait traffic regulations

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Kuwait, preferably in delivery or logistics
• Hands‑on experience with delivery platforms such as Keeta and Ninja
• Fluent English communication skills
• Valid Kuwait driving licence
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership and ability to work under pressure
