Detail‑Oriented Web Administrator – Manage & Optimize Websites

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Web Administrator to oversee the day‑to‑day operation, performance and security of our company’s websites and e‑commerce platforms. The role combines technical administration with content management to ensure a smooth user experience and support digital marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update website content, product listings, banners and promotions on a daily basis.
• Manage e‑commerce operations, including order processing, payment gateway monitoring and coordination with marketing campaigns.
• Monitor site speed, uptime and performance; troubleshoot bugs and work with developers or hosting providers as needed.
• Handle domain, hosting, SSL certificates and regular backups; ensure website security and protect against malware.
• Implement basic SEO practices, optimise pages for speed and search visibility, and analyse traffic reports.
• Upload multimedia assets, ensure branding consistency and support UI/UX improvements.
• Prepare regular performance reports covering traffic, conversion rates, downtime and online sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Web Development or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in website administration or e‑commerce management.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability and good communication skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
