DevOps Engineer

About the role

The DevOps Engineer will join Value & Growth Advisory-VGA in Kuwait to design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines that enable reliable software delivery. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on automating infrastructure, managing Linux‑based environments and supporting development teams throughout the software lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code.
• Administer, secure and troubleshoot Linux servers and cloud resources.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes and resolve incidents.
• Monitor system performance, implement alerts and ensure high availability.
• Document operational procedures and contribute to best‑practice guidelines for scalability, reliability and security.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
