Digital Executive

About the role

The Digital Executive will be responsible for managing and optimising the school’s digital presence across web, email and messaging platforms. This role blends hands‑on technical execution with day‑to‑day digital marketing activity to support admissions, brand awareness and overall communication goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid and organic digital marketing campaigns, including social media advertising.
• Create, schedule and send email newsletters and campaigns; manage audience lists and monitor performance metrics.
• Maintain and update the school website using the dedicated CMS, ensure accurate content, basic SEO and refresh landing pages as needed.
• Oversee the school’s WhatsApp messaging platform, including campaign messaging, automated responses and chatbot interactions.
• Support the MAC team as the primary contact for digital tools, automated workflows and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
• Track, analyse and report on performance across all digital channels, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, admissions, academic, finance and operations teams to align digital activities with broader strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for an educational environment.
