Digital Marketing Executive – Drive Online Growth

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Digital Marketing Executive to enhance our online presence, boost brand awareness and generate leads across digital channels. The role involves managing paid advertising, social media, content creation and e‑commerce initiatives tailored to GCC culture.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor multi‑product digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Google Ads and YouTube.
• Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, reach, engagement and conversions while tracking daily budgets and performance.
• Create, schedule and manage social media content, videos, reels and respond to customer inquiries.
• Coordinate the production of photos, videos, reels, stories and promotional graphics with photographers, designers and influencers.
• Update website banners, product listings and promotional content; monitor traffic and support online sales growth.
• Improve search engine visibility through SEO and monitor performance using analytics tools.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Maintain brand standards, assist in product launches and coordinate influencer collaborations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in digital or social media marketing, preferably in e‑commerce or retail.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (preferred).
• Creative thinking, data analysis ability and report preparation skills.
