About the role
We are a fast‑growing e‑commerce company seeking a data‑driven Digital Marketing Lead to own and scale our paid performance channels. This high‑impact position sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth across multiple platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute end‑to‑end paid media strategies on Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat.
- Manage significant monthly ad budgets with a performance‑first mindset.
- Lead A/B testing of creatives, audiences and landing pages to optimise ROAS.
- Collaborate with creative, CRO and data teams to build high‑converting campaigns.
- Report on core KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPL, conversion rate and revenue attribution.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm shifts and e‑commerce trends.
Required profile
- 5–8 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, primarily in e‑commerce or retail.
- Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and optimising performance funnels.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
