Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our on‑site team in Kuwait. You will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid and organic campaigns across multiple digital channels, driving measurable results for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Launch, manage, and optimise paid campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Develop audience targeting, bidding, budget allocation and performance‑optimisation tactics to maximise ROI.
• Monitor and control campaign budgets, ensuring efficient spend and KPI achievement.
• Create and execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility, rankings and organic traffic.
• Track website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and related tools.
• Analyse campaign data, produce detailed performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare regular digital‑marketing performance summaries for senior management.
• Collaborate with creative, content, web development, SEO and broader marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay updated on digital‑marketing trends, platform changes and emerging AI tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing and paid‑media management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
