Document Controller & IT Engineer Positions in Kuwait

About the role

We are seeking qualified professionals to join our team in Kuwait for several full‑time positions, including Document Controller, IT Engineer and Nurse. The successful candidates will support our oil‑and‑gas and construction projects by ensuring accurate documentation, providing technical support and delivering quality healthcare services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and control project documentation, ensuring proper filing, version control and accessibility.
• Coordinate with project teams to distribute, retrieve and archive documents in compliance with industry standards.
• Provide first‑line IT support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist in network maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure documentation aligns with project schedules.
• For nursing role: deliver patient care, monitor health status and maintain medical records.

Required profile

• 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in oil & gas or construction projects.
• Locally available in Kuwait and able to join immediately.
• Valid Civil ID and passport.
• Professional CV with expected salary and availability.

Required skills

• Document control procedures and standards.
• Basic IT troubleshooting and hardware/software knowledge.
• Understanding of construction or oil‑and‑gas project environments.
