Driver Team Leader – Immediate Hire in Kuwait

About the role

iMile Delivery is seeking an experienced Driver Team Leader to manage its delivery fleet in Kuwait. You will be responsible for guiding a team of drivers, ensuring efficient route planning, and maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of delivery drivers to achieve daily operational targets.
• Plan and assign delivery routes for maximum efficiency.
• Monitor driver attendance, productivity, and performance.
• Ensure timely delivery completion and service quality.
• Resolve daily operational issues, including route changes and driver shortages.
• Audit undelivered orders and verify proof of delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, traffic laws, and safety standards.
• Train and coach new and existing drivers on SOPs and best practices.
• Prepare daily performance reports and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in logistics or last‑mile operations.
• Arabic proficiency.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of Kuwait's road network and delivery operations.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
